detox: red meat, chicken, turkey and any meat products, milk,
cheese, eggs, and cream, butter and margarine, any food that
has wheat (croissants, cereals, cakes, biscuits and pies),
crips and savoury snacks, chocolate, sweets, jam and sugar,
processed foods, alcohol, coffee and tea, sauces, pickels,
salad dressings that are store bought, salt, and fizzy drinks
and squashes.
